Just what you would expect from a well respected global chain-great service in reception and early check-in, wonderful 2 bedroom villa allocated just for one night and lovely pool and gardens. Would definitely reccomend it.

This hotel was amazing base for exploring Llucmajor, really enjoyed it and property’s incredibly nice staff at all times. The location was marvellous and beautiful: shopping outlets and a supermarket were within walking distance. This hotel was located in a domestic area. The place was nice, nothing too much trouble, would be happy to recommend.

We got great value for our money with a spacious villa and all the baby/toddler equipment we needed. The location was convenient, just a short drive from the airport and Palma. The staff treated us like family, taking care of restaurant reservations and giving us ideas for activities.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

If you are not interested in Marriot Membership, please do not spend your golden vacation time with a staff who tells that he/she will give a free voucher of spa/golf with free coffee at the bar. One staff phoned me and she wanted to guide the nice place and give some free wine and free voucher of spa/golf. So I met her near the spa reception but she just made another appointment with the other staff so we spend time again to meet the other one and he just told about the Marriot membership join and it cost 13,000eur. He told us that I have to attend 1.5 hour the Marriot club advertising presentation and only after the long presentation I could get the free voucher. Really uncomfortable!!! I felt I was cheated. I wasted my precious time.

This resort is a tranquil location perfect for anyone searching for a peaceful getaway vacation. Despite not being close to a beach, it is located between two great golf courses perfect for a golf lover. the room appliances were impeccable, the outdoor space of the villa was fantastic, and the service was good. La Terrassa's breakfast was excellent, and the adult-only spa area Hollistica was amazing.

The resort staff was persistent in trying to sell time-share, which was a nuisance.

The location of this place is quiet and perfect, as we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

Excellent staff, very clean, close to the airport, great beds, good food at La Finca Restaurant. Lovely peaceful property, safe and secure with villas lining the golf course. Great tennis courts and the golf practice facilities are fantastic. Pool and spa are great.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with an Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Swimming pool, Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing in the sun rays while enjoying the beautiful view of the garden area. The hotel's location advantages were great, with easy access to the beach umbrellas for a perfect day at the sea and the restaurant offering delicious buffet breakfast and outdoor dining area. Cons: the only minor issue was that the Snack bar closed early, which was unfortunate since we were looking forward to spending some extra time there. it was a small setback to an otherwise perfect stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and unforgettable experience with exclusive amenities and exceptional service.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including multiple swimming pools, a well-stocked little shop, and very friendly staff. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great - not too far from the coast and with good transportation options. The cleanliness was also impressive, and the breakfast was delicious.
